Losing the baby weight with RH has been hard, but I think I've found a way.

So... maybe I can keep watching these videos and see whether or not there's less of me around.

    1. Thank you for the offer! I'm not sure I need it just now- I'm not even close to smoking daily at this point. It's just a crutch I'm still using. But I've only had one cigarette since the article published, so I feel like the visibility is doing a good job of shaming me into stopping. :)
